By accessing Mycel ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. Mycel Inc. ("we", "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with 30 days notice via email.
Mycel is an AI-powered offer distribution platform that helps businesses distribute commercial offers across AI channels (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and traditional channels (WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads). We provide software tools — we do not provide marketing, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for: maintaining account security and notifying us of unauthorized access; ensuring all content you upload complies with applicable laws; not using the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities; obtaining necessary consents before collecting lead contact information through Mycel tools.
You may not use the Service to: distribute false or misleading commercial offers; collect data without proper disclosure to end users; violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UAE Federal Law No. 45/2021); infringe intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually. Free trials last 14 days — no credit card required. After trial, a valid payment method is required to continue. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. AI-generated content from your offers may be used to improve our models in aggregate, anonymized form unless you opt out. Lead contact data belongs to you and is never shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Service.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Mycel a limited license to process and distribute your content as directed by your settings. AI-generated content (DNA, hooks, descriptions) created from your input belongs to you. Our platform, algorithms, and Living Mechanics technology are proprietary to Mycel Inc.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for: lost profits or leads; inaccuracies in AI-generated content; third-party service outages (WhatsApp, Meta, Google); decisions made based on AI scores or recommendations. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
